cumin powder 1tpsb
coriander powder 1tbsp
cayenne pepper 1tsp
white pepper 0.5tbsp
另做satay sauce
2tbsp crunch peanut butter
1tbsp brown sugar
1tbsp light soy
1tbsp vinegar
1tbsp lemon juice
1tsp
80g full fat coconut milk
100gwater
煮时
1 clove of garlic,dice finely
0.4个shallot ,dice finely
下鸡肉 约2mins,加酱 收汁
米粉 胡萝卜 生菜 香菜 混匀做basic
alfalfa sprout ,white sesame, roasted peanut装饰
