            芒果班戟(榴莲班戟)
              Durian crepe cake
Crepe: milk 650g, flour 240g, sugar75g, eggs4, butter50g, mix and sieve it then pit it into refrigerator for 30mins, and it’s ready to make crepe. 
Filling:  durian 200g, whipping cream600g, sugar 50g, a few drops of extract vanilla.  ( recipe pic from Amanda曼食慢语, thanks)
