消耗家里的燕麦,方子不错,做起来也很简单,成品很软😋

Simple Oat & Milk Sandwich Bread Recipe

For the soaker –
190g (6.7oz) milk
80g (2.8oz) rolled oats
For the dough –
250g (8.8oz) strong white bread flour
30g (1oz) oil
5g (0.17oz) salt
30g (1oz) brown sugar
4g (0.14oz) dry yeast or 3x the amount of fresh yeast
For the topping –
1 egg white mixed with
1 teaspoon of milk for brushing
Extra oats for sprinkling on top

Make the soaker at least 12 hour in advance;
Mix soaker, oil, salt, sugar, yeast;
Add flour, then mix and kneading;
Bulk ferment ~2-3 hour, with 1 fold;
Shape into loaf, brush with egg&milk mix, and sprinkle with oats;
Final proof ~1.5-2 hour;
320F (160C) 35-40 minute;
