用料

• 1 kg potatoes Desirée, Maris Piper or King Edward
• 2 tbsp olive oil or butter or duck or goose fat
• salt & pepper
• Herbs garlic cloves & thyme & rosemary

Roast Potoes的做法步骤

步骤 1

Oven 200c. Peel & chop potatoes. Submerge in cold &salted water boil & simmer : 10 mins. Drain & shake.

步骤 2

Heat oil in a roasting tray : Potatoes&herbs&Salt&pepper Toss well oven : 200°C--1 hour. turn halfway.
