in a pan Heat olive oil: medium heat Seal meatballs: brown—10 min remove
in the same pan pan Add the onion: translucent Garlic: 1 min (1/2 cup red wine: reduced) 1 tin chopped tomato Beef stock & herb
Return meatballs: simmer 1 -2hours Season
