Preheat the oven to 200c garlic butter: in a small mixing bowl 250g butter & crush 6 cloves garlic:folk-mash Add the parsley:mix in pinch of salt & black pepper: mash ( store the left garlic butter in the fridge for upto 1 week)
Cut the bread into 1cm slices ( don't cut all the way down) spread the butter in between the slices.
Scrunch the foil around it. Oven-200c: 10 -15 minutes ( golden and crunchy).
