Preheat the oven to180ºC.
In a large baking dish chicken & vegetables garlic & thyme Add 2tbsp oil (& 2tbsp balsamic) salt & pepper & 1tsp smoked paprika: toss well spread out.
Roast 180c--1 hour turning & basting
Serve with green salad & rice, polente or crusty bread to mop up the juices.
