Couscous Salad

用料

• 1/2 cup water or stock
• 1/2 cup couscous salt & balck pepper & ground cumin & smoked parprika
• Vegetables : diced ripe tomatoes, cucumber, red onion,capsicm
• herbs: finely chopped arsley,mint, coriander, chilli
• optional: nuts & dried fruits
• olive oil &1 lemon juice & salt & pepper

Couscous Salad的做法步骤

步骤 1

In a salad bowl: Add 1/2 cup couscous & pinch of salt & 1tbsp oil Pour in 1/2 cup boiling water : cover--5-10minutes separate ( fork) *Add 1 tbsp tomato puree

步骤 2

add the vegetable & herb & option add olive oil & lemon juice & season. fridge until ready to serve.
