用料

• 350g potatoes
• 50g bacon, diced
• 1 cup baby spiach
• 1 tbsp grated cheddar
• 1 spring onion, thinly sliced

Smashed loaded potatoes的做法步骤

步骤 1

Microwave potaotes 8-10mintes Preheat oven to 240c 220c fan forced line small baking tray with baking paper.

步骤 2

place potatoes on baking tray.gently squash. Season drizzle with olive oil. bake for 25 mins. add 1tbsp cheese for final 2 mins

步骤 3

frying pan : bacon-3min spinach-wilted spring onion.

步骤 4

top potatoes with bacon mixture.
